Returns & Refunds Policy

Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items. Please email us at info@goodlifepublishing.co.uk to request a return.

How to return
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging. The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process a refund within 7 working days. Refunds are made via your original payment method.
